Having studied at the Royal Ballet School, Terry's stage career started with walk-on parts (when a student) at Covent Garden, dancing with Sadler's Wells Opera and touring in Annie Get Your Gun (the original version.) After National Service, he decided not to return to the professional stage, but took many principal dancing and acting roles with local musical societies. Over the years Terry has covered all aspects of stage work including the production side.

Retiring to Bath in 1994, he joined BLOG and has since enjoyed some very rewarding parts, appearing as Col Pickering in BLOG's 1999 production of My Fair Lady and Mr Brownlow in last year's Oliver!.
